Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii OVA

Three short episodes make Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii OVA a compact return to adult romance-comedy territory. Released in winter 2019, this OVA carries a 7.9 score and comes from a production lineup that includes A-1 Pictures and Lapin Track. Its adult-cast and adult-couples tags set it apart from school-centered romantic comedies, while chibi, comedy, and competition suggest a playful presentation that can turn ordinary relationship moments into exaggerated set pieces. Athletics and the earth tag add texture to its contemporary Asian setting without changing the focus on its established group of grown-up characters. As a manga-based OVA, it works best for viewers who want a brief companion watch rather than a long standalone narrative. The three-episode format makes it easy to finish in one sitting, with the ensemble dynamic doing most of the work.
