Koi wa Ameagari no You ni

Rainy-day romance is the first impression Koi wa Ameagari no You ni leaves, but its 12-episode structure gives the premise room to examine an age-gap relationship with more patience than a quick romantic comedy. The café setting keeps the story grounded in everyday routines, while athletics adds another part of life beyond the romance. Released in Winter 2018, this TV adaptation came from Wit Studio and holds a 7.6 score. Its tags also point to manga origins and adaptation into other media, suggesting a story with a strong identity beyond one format. Viewers should expect a gentle, potentially awkward mood built around age difference, café familiarity, and personal pursuits. The appeal lies in watching those elements share space rather than in chasing constant plot movement. It may suit anime fans who prefer a reflective relationship drama with a specific setting and a measured pace.
