Osomatsu-san 3rd Season

Six identical sextuplets walk into a bar — or a courtroom, or a game show, or the existential void. After two seasons of chaos, Pierrot's gag-anime juggernaut returned in Fall 2020 with 25 more episodes of structured pandemonium. The Matsuno brothers remain lazy, perpetually broke NEETs whose only talent is embarrassing themselves, and the third season leans even harder into rapid-fire parody and fourth-wall demolition. Episodes operate as self-contained sketch collections, so the generous episode count gives the writers room to throw absolutely everything at the wall. AI gags, meta commentary on the anime industry, and surprisingly tender family moments sit side by side with body horror and absurdist non-sequiturs. The adult cast and seinen sensibility mean the humor swings from silly to darkly cynical without warning. Scoring a 7.4, this run rewards viewers who enjoy unpredictable comedy where nothing is sacred and recurring bits accumulate weight through sheer repetition.
