Silent Witch: Chinmoku no Majo no Kakushigoto

Arriving in Summer 2025, this 13-episode adaptation pairs studios Andraft and Studio Gokumi for an action-drama set in an aristocratic alternative world. The premise hooks onto a quietly powerful protagonist — a witch whose strength lies in silence — tasked with guarding against a politically charged arranged marriage within a boarding school environment. Light novel roots show through in the focused setup and character-driven conflicts, with bullying and bodyguard dynamics layered into the school-life framework. The tag spread suggests tonal variety: action sequences sit alongside adventure beats, while aristocratic hierarchy and social pressure give the drama its bite. A finished 13-episode run at an 8.3 score indicates a well-received adaptation that sticks its landing. The dual-studio production brings distinct visual sensibilities to the worldbuilding, and the boarding school setting creates a natural container for character interactions, rivalries, and the slow unraveling of who the silent witch truly is.
