Aikatsu! 4

Shifting the focus toward a cosmic new rivalry, the fourth television season arrived in Fall 2015 to close out the original run of the franchise. With a shorter twenty-six-episode count, BN Pictures and Sunrise deliver a fast-paced conclusion to the idol journey. The series introduces an unexpected twist to the boarding school setting: a rival group themed around aliens. This quirky addition complements the augmented reality stage setups and card-based outfit coordination. The female protagonists must adapt their acting and singing routines to compete against this mysterious new faction. Scoring a 7.8, the show retains its lighthearted atmosphere and fashion-heavy aesthetic while upping the stakes for its ensemble cast. Fans of colorful transformations will appreciate the continued blend of traditional animation and CGI dance numbers. The narrative prioritizes friendship, hard work, and outlandish costume designs, resulting in a highly entertaining wrap-up to a beloved idol saga.
