Lycoris Recoil

A cheerful bar atmosphere sits beside the dangerous work of contract killers in Lycoris Recoil, a 13-episode TV series from 2022. That contrast gives the show its clearest appeal: action drama and comedy can share space with assassin tension, while a conspiracy thread promises stakes beyond individual missions. The listed bar setting gives the series a social center, so the cast has room for lighter exchanges between bursts of danger. Its tags also point toward a boys' love element, adding another layer to the character-focused appeal without making the show a single-genre watch. A-1 Pictures handles the production, and the 8.2 score reflects a well-regarded blend of accessible humor, stylish action, and darker professional obligations. With a compact finished run, it is a friendly entry point for viewers who want action with an easy conversational rhythm.
