Natsume Yuujinchou Roku

An evening meeting with the supernatural can be gentle, funny, or quietly unsettling in Natsume Yuujinchou Roku. This 2017 spring TV series runs for 11 episodes, giving its contemporary-fantasy stories a compact shape while leaving room for emotional pauses. Cats, bodyguards, amnesia, adoption, and age regression appear among its tags, suggesting a season interested in memory, care, and the strange ways people protect one another. The manga-based foundation supports a character-focused rhythm rather than a race from one major event to the next. Shuka’s production fits the series’ intimate supernatural mood, while the 8.4 score points to a well-regarded entry for viewers who enjoy soft-spoken drama with comic relief. Alcohol also appears in the tag mix, adding a slightly older, more lived-in note to its otherwise tender atmosphere. Expect a reflective watch with episodic emotional weight.
