Corporate sponsorship meets superhero action in this 2011 Sunrise production. Veteran hero Kotetsu T. Kaburagi, also known as Wild Tiger, finds his conventional approach to justice clashing with a system that prioritizes ratings. His frustrations peak when he is forced into a partnership with Barnaby Brooks Jr., a young, bishounen newcomer backed by a mega-corporation. Their volatile dynamic drives much of the 25-episode run, offering a brilliant mix of character drama and action comedy. Earning a solid 7.8 score, the show balances an anti-hero narrative with quirky sci-fi concepts like androids and amnesia. It is a highly entertaining viewing experience that stands out for its unique premise and mature cast.
