JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 5: Ougon no Kaze

Arriving in the Fall 2018 anime season, this thirty-nine-episode series takes viewers directly into the Italian underworld. The narrative centers on Giorno Giovanna, a young man with a burning ambition to rise through the ranks of the Passione mafia and dismantle it from within. Taking the form of a high-octane gang war, the story constantly pits its core team of rogue mobsters against rival assassins. Armed with manifestations of their fighting spirit, the cast navigates a gauntlet of betrayal and shifting allegiances. David Production leans heavily into the dynamic action and surreal body horror that defined the original manga. Boasting an impressive 8.5 rating, the show earns its acclaim through sheer audacity. Enemies do not just fight hand-to-hand; they alter the very fabric of reality, turning mundane objects like cars and trains into deadly, surreal traps. The resulting adventure is a stylish, hyper-violent crime thriller anchored by an incredibly tight-knit cast.
