Bai Yao Pu: Luoyang Pian

Mystery gives Bai Yao Pu: Luoyang Pian its first pull, while its setting supplies the weight. This 2025, 12-episode ONA is a Chinese production from CMC Media and Haoliners Animation League, adapting a novel into an adventure that blends ancient China, history, fantasy, drama, and monks. The Luoyang setting points toward a story where spiritual concerns and earthly investigations can sit side by side, so the appeal lies as much in atmosphere and questions as in forward motion. Its 7.5 score suggests a strong reception for viewers already interested in Chinese animation and historical fantasy. Expect a compact season rather than an enormous saga: twelve episodes offer enough room for a focused mystery, but the period details and supernatural elements may ask for more attention than a straightforward action series. It is a good pick when you want your fantasy anime to carry cultural and investigative texture.
